What Is It? A song video with footage from the show Deadwood to 'You Can Call Me Al' by Paul Simon. The video focuses on Al/Dan and is very slashy and suggestive. Footage taken from the first two seasons of the show with the exception of the episode 'E.B. Was Left Out' because for some reason I could not properly encode that episode.
Why Was it Made? One night I was listening to my iPod and thinking about how much I love the song 'You Can Call Me Al' and I thought 'You'd never be able to make a song video to this from a single fandom unless there was a character named Al...' and I realized that the song was perfect for a Deadwood song video dedicated to the love between Al and Dan.
Created/Edited With: DVD footage ripped to MPEG4 via Handbrake, converted to DV via QuickTime Pro and edited in Final Cut Pro HD
